From an early age I wanted something different for my life. I discovered a passion for cooking and tourism early on. I love good food, seeing rare sights and making great people happy.

Fifteen-plus years in and around Jacó means I know the waterfalls, beaches, river trips and restaurants well, and which operators I trust to look after my guests. I also lead our Taste of Jacó walking food tour myself and cook for our private chef dinners.
