Villa 1 is a completely private house equipped with everything you need to fully enjoy your vacation in Jacó. Located just an 8-minute drive from Jaco town and the beach, this home is nestled within a safe, developing community surrounded by nature, stunning mountain views, and the tranquil sounds of the jungle.

• Accommodation for up to 10 guests.
• First Floor: Open-concept space with a living room, full kitchen, dining area, a bedroom, and a half bathroom. This floor includes sliding door access to the pool area.
• Second Floor: Features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room, and balconies. Room and bed distribution:
  • Master Room 1: King bed, balcony, private full bathroom, and walk-in closet.
  • Room 2: Queen bed and balcony.
  • Room 3: Queen bed and a bunk bed (single on top and queen on the bottom).
  • Room 4: Double bed.
• All rooms are equipped with safes, towels, hangers, dressers, sheets, pillows, and blankets. Bathrooms feature high-quality shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner.
• Parking for up to 4 cars.
• Air conditioning in all rooms and the first floor.
• Gas grill and outdoor shower for outdoor relaxation.
